  • Wadhwani construction makes a lots of fake promises.The pamphlet they shows are utopic.. comes out of nothing.. you see something whie buying it.. finally you get totally different thing .. Quality of construction is 3rd class.. Parking is a big problem in his society..Sai Atharva,Sai Shree,Mayureshwar every where..another big fake society is on the way.ganesham..bhagaban ke naam pe kuch bhi karte hae ye log... he shows you big plot while buying .. but finally sells you parking on road.. within premises.. lift quality worst in the world, doors are fragile like soft toys,.. generator backup does not work .. wester toilet ? a 5 year old can not even sit comfortably, basin is not better than railway basins available in abondoned railway stations in india,,security measures promised by him never ever comes in to reality.. The builder never answer on the basis of agreement , but answer what suits on time..
