park, interesting place

Albany Bulb park is a peninsula in the east SF Bay owned and operated by the City of Albany. The man-made spit used to be a landfill and is home to numerous interesting art installations that simultaneously inspire memories of mad-max and acid trips. A few homeless camps are scattered throughout the dense brush at the western end of the bulb and the area is popular with dog walkers.
