  • Norkis is a manufacturer and distributor of motorcycles in the Philippines. They also make the Norkis Legacy compact pickup. The company was founded by Norberto Quisumbing Jr., the name Norkis is the combination of his first and last name, NOR for Norberto and KIS for Quisumbing. It is said that the company is planning to build a new and modern facility producing the Legacy. Its roots began when, during his childhood years, Norberto dreamed of building cars for the Filipino people.
