    I applied for a on line Loan from a so called company in Istanbul called Ulusal Fakoring i was asked to pay fees and i did several thousand first than i would receive a loan that didnt happen they came back to ask for more fees of several thousand more....than i would receive the loan it never came they come back to ask for more fees.... which i paid NO LOAN CAME...... I have asked for my money to be refunded only to be told this is not possible! Today they rang and threatened my life....Can you help me charge these scammers with fraud and thieft. Loosing my hard earned money has put my life in turmoil.....They told me NO ONE CAN HELP ME......
