  • Sir, I have dropped a ordinary cover of Rs.5/- at HPO,Hubli on 17.4.2012 at 16.00 hours addressed to Smt.Vijaya M.Gudi, C/o Anand I Dixit,H.No.17, "Savitri Sadan", Vidyanagar,Angol,BELGAUM but till date i.e.28.4.2012 the said cover is not reached to the above addressee. Sir You are requested to kindly trace and if not delivered please returned to Hubli Address i.e.: MUKUND M.GUDI, 202,Sharada Nilaya, Swati Apartment, Bhavaninagar, Hubli-580023. Thanking you Sir.

  • I enquired at HPO,Hubli duly giving written complaint and they said that we are not responsible for ordinary cover and having not record but what Sir what is my fate today on 28.4.2012 I again enquired at Head Record Officer,RMS/Hubli such things happened/delay caused only covers dropped the cover on 17.4.2012.
