  • This is a bogus developed. Beware before you buy from this place. We have lost 7 lakhs to this person Radha Ramana. He is fraud and cheats people. He asked us to pay advance and promised on registration but that never happened. Now he is refusing to return the money too. We have paid the amount around 2 years back. Do not venture into his other projects. A total fraud team
  • I agree, even we have been cheated by this builder, we paid 25% advance and rest was supposed to be paid in 6 months at the time of registration, its been 2 years that we have not heard anything from the builder, they dont even pick up calls now

  • About 25 persons like you filed cases in consumer court and got the amount that they paid refunded. I am myself fighting a case in Ramnagaram Court for last 6 years to get my registered site. I am reachable at arunbatra99@yahoo.co.in
  • This builder has collected from me Rs.13 lacs. I went to his office before shutting it down. Met his son. He blamed the Govt for not going ahead with this project.
