  • Mokama A real beautiful palce. Natural beauty has been graced by God which you can easily identify at every co-ordinate of it. "Parshuram Sthan" is one among those places which is just one kilometer from Mokama Police station have devine peace. Another place is the most famous Girija Ghar(Church) a land mark for christians and visitors. This church is so peaceful and big anyone can get attracted by it. I want to be there again :)

  • Parshuram Sthan" is one among those places which is just one kilometer from Mokama Police station have devine peace. Another place is the most famous Girija Ghar(Maa Mariam birth place) a land mark for christians. Industry like Bharat Wagon, Bata, Mc-Dowell, NTC Spinning Mill as well as CRPF & RPF Group Center in MOKAMA .It is also historical place because Lord Ram Passed Mokama during way to Lanka. Mokama was buffer town between Magdh & Ang Empiore.Well communicated with Road ( NH-31,NH-80 & NH-82) also by Railways ( Mokama JN.). All importent Train has a stopage in Mokama.Rajendra Pul ( Rail & Road ) over holy GANGA river communicate South to North Bihar also in Mokama.

  • mokama is a really good town where u can fell both either village and town.mokama is situated the bank of ganga , parsuram sthan is 1 k.m. far west from mokama police station. mokama is agricultural based town. there are some industries like bata ,mcdowell, cotton mill, rail engine coach industry.really i am missing my home town
  • Mokama (Hindi: मोकामा) is a city and a municipality in Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is located 90 KM east of Patna and is on the rail route connecting Kolkata and New Delhi via Patna. It is said that Mokama (मोकामा) was on the route of the armies moving along the river Ganges during the Mughal or British periods. It was their place of resting or Mukam (मुकाम) which means destination in Hindustani. So the name Mokama came into being over the years.Mokama is situated on the southern banks of the Ganges. The landscape here is absolutely plain. Here the land strip along the north of Ganges is called Diara which submerges in Ganges during monsoons, On the south of Mokameh is the "Tal" region which also gets submerged with the backwaters of the Ganges during the monsoons
