  • Also, the approach road from ghodbunder is with no streelights, all illegal roadside shanties and shops comming up. The main entrance is encraoched by old local residents.. only one car can enter or exit at once.The road is always water logged, overflowing nallas, no lights again. At night even, rickshaw wallas do not drop u till the main gate. No proper TMC water since past 1 year. Drinking water is supplied by water tanker.At late nights you will find drunken bhaiyaa's roming around and giving you starnge looks. All because of negligence of the builder.. NO OCCUPANCY CERTIFCATES YET. NO SOCIETY FORMED YET AFTER 2 Years also. 30% of the flats yet owned by the Builder.
