Incorporated in 1975 Cousins & Currie is Canada's largest blow molder of industrial packaging with 3 manufacturing locations on Rowntree Dairy Road (Plant 2 at #770 and Plant 3 at #750). It provides design and engineering, customized tooling and manufacturing for large ware plastic bottles from standard 2 litre to 30 litre sizes to customized containers.

It was acquired by Silgan Holdings in 2006 for $48.3 million. Woodland Hills, California based Silgan was formed in 1987 with the merger of National Can, American Can and the can division of Carnation. It is the largest maker of metal food containers in North America and a leading supplier of plastic containers. The Plastics Division corporate office is located in Chesterfield Missouri.
