  • This home was on the front page of the NYT Sunday Styles section on 6-2-06, I saved the article and it says the house belongs to the Arad family. This home was also shown in the Star in 05, as the home of the Washingtons. So who to you believe, the Times or the Star. Your choice. The house has never been sold.
  • My Grandparents live in the community - This house was built by the Arads! Never been sold, purchased etc etc... I watched it being built so all those who say it's Denzel Washingtons are totally mistaken.
