Dubai Towers Doha is under construction during 2005-2009. It will become the tallest building in Qatar at 400 metres 94 floors. It has a spire which will rise to 445 metres. It will have a 235-room hotel, 20-floors of office space, 60m floors of serviced and unserviced apartments, and a 70,000 square metre retail area. The construction cost of this tower is $631,900,000 U.S.
