A block of red-brick 19th-century buildings constructed initially for the 148th Infantry Regiment. In 1917–41 housed Voroshilov Border Guard College, then after the WWII a Suvorov Interior Forces College, at present — a number of organizations, a technical college, a high school, an arts school, a kindergarten, a couple of energy suppliers, and some modern apartment buildings.
