Ramos is a municipality in the landlocked province of Tarlac in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 20,249 people.

Ramos was once a barrio of the town of Paniqui. It was formerly known as "Bani", named after a tree with medicinal properties which grew in abundance in the area. In 1919, it became formally a town and was renamed to Ramos, in memory of their benefactor Don Alfonso Ramos, who had initiated the petition signed by the Bani villagers to the Provincial Board of Tarlac requesting the creation of their barrio into town.
