  Rudrangi is an interior village in karimnagar dist. People of this village are different in view of history. Rani Rudramadevi chased a tiger and killed. She took rest and slept in the border of Nizamabad dist, Sri Raja Rajeswara Swami appeared in her dream. After, she searched and found a 'lingam' in the forest. She called that place Lonka Rajeswaraswami. Today also people are calling in the same name. People came to know that place mahatyam. People had come to this place from different places.

  As stated above passage, one thing I want say that no other village on rudra name northern of this village. Actually, southern of this village there was a village on the name of "Nagaram", behand of this village there was/is cheruvu. Now it is reformed.
