At that time it was Soon Seng mini market. In 1984, Soon Seng Mini Market was shifted to Donggongon Town for better strategic location (which is now the "Chua Soon Seng"). In 1994, the mini market was expanded to supermarket which was named after Chua Kah Seng. Wisma CKS was then opened in May 18, 2002. Another outlets of CKS was opened in 2006 located in Bundusan and Millennium. Today, CKS Donggongon have roughly lure majority of the locals in Donggongon Town. Practically, people will name CKS as the meeting point for out-of-town comers.
