  • This is an utterly agricultural commune of Phong Dien District, Thua Thien - Hue Province. It's one of the most developed communes in Phong Dien District in terms of economy, sociality as well as education. With the population of nearly 6,500 people, Dien Loc has a strong, young and dynamic manpower, which is also an anvantage of this commune. Knowing as a poor commune in Tam Giang (triple rivers) band before 1990s, Dien Loc now has changed remarkably in all socioecomic sectors. These achievement has been made by the supporting from the foreigns, especialy the great source of capital from Vietkieu (Vietnamese Overseas) in US, Australia, Canada, France. The political policies which are driven by the whole-hearted officers of Dien Loc's people committee, also contribute to this magnificient achievement.
