Berastagi is a district in Karo regency, North Sumatra. Berastagi is one of the tourist attraction and resort in the cool highlands of Karo. Located 50 km from Medan, Brastagi can be achieved with a trip of about two hours from Medan city. Brastagi flanked by two active volcanoes of Mount Sibayak and Sinabung in the Karo highlands.
