This is very old Temple. We saw it as a small Pindi where People from Asalpha used to go to worship and Relax when there was Dense Forest. We use to enjoy Jamun, Kaju and even swim in small ponds and well there. In front from Shivmandir there was a small temple about half an kilometre away which is not developed/demolished. Temple is now developed by Mr. Bal Surve and Trustee called Jangleshwar Mahadev Mandir. This is an old place as known various sadhus were visiting from here to Navnath Ashram, Powai.
