Ponte Vecchio (Dolceacqua)

The two parts of Dolceacqua (the older Terra and Borgo)are connected by the magnificent 15th century Ponte Vecchio over the river Nervia. This old bridge has a single span and is 33 metres long.
Ponte Vecchio that Claude Monet had painted in 1884 together with the cluster of houses of Terra and the overwhelming castle is one of the most picturesque and famous views of the Ligurian inland.
