  Mavilla Apartments is a small (90 Apartment) residential Co-operative Group Housing Society of Indian Airlines' employees (also called The Indian Airlines Co-operative Group Housing Society Limited). The apartment size in this complex, according to area list available at the website of Municipal Corporation of Delhi, is the largest in both, the 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom apartment variants, in entire Mayur Vihar Phase 1 area. The Delhi Metro station (Mayur Vihar Phase 1) is a straight road 650 Mtrs distance (from Mavilla gate to Gate number 1 of the Metro Station). It is ideally located and is diagonally situated from Akshardham Temple across the Akshardham intersection (earlier called Noida Mod or Noida Turn). It is about 7 Kms from ITO, 9 Kms from Connaught Place, and 4 Kms from Noida border. One of the most expensive and most spacious apartments in this area.
