The temple of Uthira Swami Malai is a famous South Indian temple in R.K. Puram Sector 7. It is built in the Tamil Nadu style, with Tamil Brahmin priests performing the rituals. The foundation stone for the temple was laid by late Indian Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Sashtri. Lord Muruga, the principle deity of this temple is a real beauty. The temple is open from 6 am in the morning till 11 am and in the evening from 5 pm to 9 pm.
