An undeveloped property formerly occupied by the Finch West Mall, a petrol station, and a McDonald's which was superseded by a new location across the intersection at Finch and Weston. The property has remained undeveloped following razing of the mall structure in July 2006, which originally opened in the late 1960s with Zellers as its largest tenant, and later a Canadian Tire. The McDonald's, which was razed soon after, opened in October 1973.
There are plans unveiled with the Emery Village BIA to develop the property, now owned by Medallion Properties, into a complex with 1,235 homes and a piazza at the corner.
