This is beautiful Stone Quarry Lake. Surrounded by office buildings and restaurants. Believe it or not, this lake holds the State record for the largest Large Mouth Bass to be caught in IL. It was set back in 1976. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FISH HERE!!!!! A Plethora of No trespassing and No Fishing signs are posted around the lake. This is a result of a drowning and insurance premiums no doubt. Lincolnshire Police frequent the area and may not think twice about ticketing or arresting the innocent fisherman. You have been fairly warned.
