  • This venture is from Ashoka Builders. Originally IJM was involved but they seemed to have come out now.
  • This venture is promoted by Mr Kisore and is being managed by Mr Prakash Babu of Accor Builders. Most of the villas were sold out, with only hypothicated once are yet to to be sold. However, project is slowly progressing, with it's club house is still & rock garden not commenced. Only handful of owners have occupied.
