The City-County Building is a 28-story high-rise office building in downtown Indianapolis that houses the offices of the consolidated city-county government of Indianapolis and Marion County, Indiana, known as Unigov. The executive and legislative branches of local government are based from the building, as well as numerous municipal departments and public agencies. The judicial branch exited the City-County Building in 2022 following completion of the new Community Justice Campus (CJC).

The building opened in 1962 after two years of construction, at a cost of $22 million. The City-County Building was the first building in the city to be taller than the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument and was the tallest building in the city until 1970. A public observation deck is located on the 28th floor.
