  • I studied in the above school from 1962 till 1967 & now I am Professor of Commerce in Valsad(Near Surat)Commerce College since 1980.My father served in Malia Hatina as a Doctor from 1959 to 1967(Dr.M.K.Bhatt).We left Malia with heavy heart in 1967 for further education & better prospects.I will always remember Meghal river,Chamunda Mata's temple,Mommai ni deri,Petis,Thabdi,etc.We lived in Ganjiwada Road near Rabariwas.Mulu,Dilip Purohit,Chandu Juthani,Hamir,Devraj,etc studied with me.

Time flies, but we still cherish sweet memories of our childhood. i was in Malia Hatina during 1961 to 1965 and i do remember Meghal river, Mommai ne deri( we used to live near Mommai chalk) I am 57 years old now and live in USA. I am planning to visit india in January-09, and i was surfing the net and out of my surprise i found this web page. i recall that your father used to be our family doctor and if my memory is right, he practiced his medecine under the business name of Janta Medical Some how i do not recall your name, may be you were senior to me
