  • Isn't a 18m road suppose to go thru. the layout. (in plan 2015, it shows somewhat next to the lake and thru. the lay out)

  • 60feet road is shown to cut through the layout. Where does this connect to nearby kogily junction/Airport Road. Also connecting road to PRR is passing close to the layout. What are the other development expected in the vicinity. Pls reply?
  • The Intransit hub work is in full swing near Kogillu junction and is coming up very closer to this lay out and mostly road will come from there and cut through this layout just like the Metro station road around Baiyapnahalli !!!!! This is a guess and not based on any info!!!!
  • Last time i saw tht electric lines were completed and any updates about the development work in this layout!!!!

  • Approach road is from Kogillu Agrahara road....approach roads are not tht well established till now.Not sure how they will improve this

  • you mean those prices per sqft in the first phase or 3rd phase in the KPSC layout or it is same price going every where in that area?? I would like to know in case if you know exactly the executive layout area that KPSC initially planned that is DC convertion sites not BDA approved sites. Please let me know.
  • The prices which i told was for 1st phase which is BDA approved and i am not aware of any other DC conversion sites for this society
  • Start a facebook group and people will start joining. I know four people who have plot in 2nd phase.
