Olocau, a precious town of mountain to only 25 km of Valencia, in the heat of Calderona Mountain range with a census of about 1,600 inhabitants, of whom residing all the year they can be 600 and that was threatened by the previous municipal equipment (all with socialist card but without socialist sense) until the 2007 with the plan to construct 12,000 houses on almost 5.000.000 of m2, for it dealt with MAEXPA. The strong popular resistance to this measurement ended 20 years of mayorship, and probably it influenced of decisive form in the retirement of the plan.
