Shree Renuka gave birth to five sons: Vasu, Viswa Vasu, Brihudyanu, Brutwakanwa and Rambhadra (Shree Parashurama).

Mahur garh is one of the Shakti pith amongst the trhree and half ShaktiPith in Maharashtra.Aai Renuka is the mother of Parashuram. Parshuram after getting the orders for the father cut the head of his mother and then started crying and scrumbling on the ground Since Renuka was agreat Sati she came in the nightmare and told Parshuram to carry out the postdeath rituals in the guidance of Shi Gurudav Datta hence Parshuram carried deadbody of his mother to this place here in the Guidance of Shri Gurudev he carried out the rituals. I the same night he has a nightmare and Renuka mata told him that she will again appear from the ground at the top of the hill as said Parshuram get to the hill and Aakashwani told him to not have alook untill Mata Renuka appears totally. For that time He turn his back to the place and Mata started appearing from the hill top as Mata's head comes up, Parshuram in the love of his mother turned the head to have a look at his mother again and the Renuka mata stopped there as a head only and said that I will be residing here only and will not live the place.
