One of the oldest multi-storeyed buildings in I C Colony. Built in 1962. Has a huge quadrangle at the centre of the building thereby allowing cross-ventilation inside every 'room'. There were no 'flats' then and the 'room' nomenclature stuck. Owner/Builder is in process of redevloping the project which shall be the best project in its locality.

  • ludovic mansion was one of the first buildings built in IC COLONY. One of the best footballers from the country JEEVAN MORAS( played for air india, mahindras, mohan bagan and for indian team in 1998) used to stay there. he is currently in new zealand.

  • Are you Jeevan's brother ? I remember you. Im Chris and i used to stay in the Churchview bldg. just adjacent to Ludovic.
