Louis B. Mayer/ Peter Lawford beach house
This 6,416 sq.ft. beach house, built in 1936 for movie mogul L.B. Mayer later became the notorious "pad" of actor/"Rat-Packer"/peripheral Kennedy, Peter Lawford. It is rumoured that J.F.K. trysted with Marilyn Monroe in this house. J.F.K spent so much time here, in fact, that the house was given the title of "The Western White House."
