Covered Footbridge (Island Pond, Vermont)

2003 bridge replaced one a bit further to the west, built in 1904 as the train station was being built as part of giving permission to build the station. It basically allowed for r "hill section" residents to get to the business district without having to cross the tracks at grade level. Today there are only two tracks. At one time there were thirteen.
