Base de lancement de V1 située en forêt d'Eawy. Elle a été détruite par bombardement avant d'avoir été utilisée.

  • A well preserved example of a "ski site". Good signage explains what the buildings were for. A ramp with a V1 replica adds to the understanding of how much was involved. The site is one of over 90 such sites planned none of which was actually used. Launches were made from much simplified "modified sites" which are much harder to find, or from aircraft over the North Sea.
