Movie theater located in the lower level. Formerly owned by Mann Theaters. Mann wanted to focus more on their LA theaters and sold the theater to Madstone who ran independant film. Madstone was very successful with their San Diego location but didn't do well in other places. Mann Theaters was still the leaseholder for the building and was forced to regain ownership of the theater. In fall of 2005 a local privatly owned theater company named Ultrastar Cinemas (branch of Cinemastar) took over and is proud to be the first theater to have all pure digital projectors.
