Thank you so much for visiting this page. As a matter of fact this may not be interesting but certainly this may give some idea about a village life in "Third World Country".
I am not trying to write this to prove how poor the villager are but i doing this to ask to any organisation, committee and person who are interested helping and sharing their experience and knowledge with villagers to improve lives. I am trying to write ths with the intention to provide a brief story of villages' situation.
Raghu village is situated western part of Nepal and due northwest Tanahun district. This village lies in the border of Tanahun and Syangja districts.
There are about 200 houses and it is considered to be one of the largest village around the sorroundings.
Common problems in the village:

Driking water: Water issues abound throughout the area with every region having its own distinct challenges.
Poverty: The standard of living in this is not up to the mark. Many people are living beneath the poverty line. These people are deprived from basic needs.
Government in these countries strive to control the situation however whatever they plan;become less futile and display a help less scenario.

Health: The situation towards the health is very much pathetic. Common people don't have basic health facilities under their reach or either these faciliteies are expensive and costly. In case of any disaster there is no local management system to cope up with it and oftenly under such conditions the locals depend upon the foreign aid. In case of any calamity, epidemic diseases spread all over and due to absence of basic health facilites, the death toll is usually high. Clean drinking water and sanitation facilites are out of reach for majority of the population in the village. Most villages in sorroundings are mostly agriculture-based economies and usually in need of water for production however they face dearth of water reserves. "Water scarcity in villages in that area of is growing concern for agricultural productivity, health and sanitation".
The poor health conditions also resulted from the rising prices of commodities, which have emerged a hesitating trend among the people from buying health friendly food. "A study in East Asian setting a 50 persent increase in price of food will lead to the decline of iron intake by 30 percent ".

Education: Education is the most neglected area. Third world countries usually lack behind since they have either lesser funds or these funds are wasted wrongfully. A big part of population is illiterate due to wrong planning. Under such circumstances these villages have failed to excelin edeucated people.
