Rest area on Interstate 87/Adirondack Northway northbound at milepost 14. The next rest area is 29 miles to the north.

A small memorial park on the grounds includes a piece of the World Trade Center, as a memorial to three New York State Department of Transportation employees killed in the 9/11 attack.

There is also a State Police substation in the building.
