Home of the Miyazawa family, and notable as being the location of the Miyazawa family murder. On 30 December 2000, a family of four was murdered in this home. The killer was never caught.

The neighborhood the home was in has been demolished and absorbed into Soshigaya Park since the murders, but the home remains abandoned.
