  • Hello, My name is Gary Massie and I live in North Texas. Recently, my wife and I purchased several train box cars that were built in the early 1900's and found the The American Tin and Steel Plate Compant logo stamped on the under side of the tin on the roof. I must say the roof system was very well constructed, lasting more than 100 years.
  • Gary: I've recovered some tin sheets with the barely visible logo of American Sheet and Tin Plate Co. stamped on. Trying to discover origin and approx dates of manufacture. These sheets came from a cotton gin in Choudrant, La. What are y'all doing with the box cars?
