Dilek Peninsula (Turkish: Dilek Yarımadası) is a peninsula lying between the districts of Didim and Kuşadası in Aydın Province, western Turkey. Its ancient name was Mycale.

The peninsula was made into a national park of 10,985 hectares, Dilek Peninsula National Park ("Turkish: Dilek Yarimadası Milli Parki"), in 1966, which is in part accessible to the public. Part of the delta of the River Büyük Menderes, in juxtaposition to the national park and covering 16,613 hectares was added to the reserve in 1994, and the whole (27,598 ha in total) is commonly referred to under the joint name "Dilek Peninsula - Büyük Menderes Delta" National Park.
