  • Rufi Global city is a big fraud through which they have acquired huge amounts of money by making fake allotments of plot to the public. I am also one of the person badly hit by these people. They have cancelled both my plots in Diamond Block and have so far not returned my investment with them.

  • it's been more than 12 years when they started their project and they committed to give possession in five to six years but they cheated with all the allottees now they are not given the possession as well as the deposited amount i went to "ABAD" for registering the complaint against rufi builder but nothing happened they just taken the favour the builder, and asked me to deposit the Rs. 19,000/- against the lease account.
  • I am a good citizen of pakistan, when i was lived in america, i was booked plot from rufi global city since 10 years ago. he taken all the plot amount and when i asked him about possession and lease he reject and do not given answer about plot. he is a biggest cheater, i used my all living amount in this plot but he did not taken any step about development and taken over the possession of allotees, so, i request to all powered authorities to please bring this case in their office and solve this matter as soon as possible. and plz plz safe other good pakistani citizens to protect from these kind of fraud's....

  • I have a plot in Al Qudus Town Associates, adjacent to Rufi Global City. I was hoping that once Rufi Global City is developed, Al Qudus Town Associates will be developed fast. I have visited Rufi Global City in END FEB 2013. Most development and plots demarcation for Rufi is complete. Great news for Rufi plot owners. However, they still need to develop road from Super highway access. Assuming internal roads will be developed once construction starts.

  • Allah knows about these plots as builders is not serious to finish development of these plots until to today, 26 sept. 2014.

  • You have to contact NAB authority to solve this issue. RUFI is a very big Frpudy and cheater. They are silent and not responding to allottee concern.
  • Whenever I go to their office to enquire they have long yawning excuse of not handing over the plots... moreover I have paid all the amount including development and lease charges! The site condition is not bad. If they want they can provide the possession. I think they are waiting for the time people get frustrated and sell them their own plots on cost price may be !!! Who is the relevant authority where the complaint should be made ?

I HAVE ALSO PLOTS IN RUFI GLOBAL CITY, I M ALSO VERY FRUSTRATED WHAT SHOULD I DO, I PAID ALL AMOUNT FOR 2 PLOTS, AT MY LAST VISIT THERE ITS LOOK LIKE MOEN JO DARO, BUT IF THEY WANT THEY CAN DONE ALL WORK VERY EASY AND THEN MIGHT CONDITION OF THAT PROJECT WILL BE NICE AND PRICES WILL GO UP AS WELL.

  • Brother, I have visited their office last wk. (Mr. Nadeem). I have also few plots in Al Quddos Town. He said development will be started by 2017. He also informed that due to construction of Motorway their commercial plots (road facing) has been removed by government. What I think is, there will be a huge raising of prices in residential wing.   • The news is confirm rufi now have to give the possession because this issue is now in NAB hand.About more than 150 victims are stand to take a serious action against Rufi Builders. Rufi making his Model bunglows in Rufi Global city which was destroyed by KBC authority due to not having lay out plan and Map..So Its considered to be illegal and NAB puts a alot of pressure on Rufi to hand over the plots and give the possesion by Paying the money of layout plan and map.
