This is the other site which is little further from the 1st site. The 1st site guy was the one who was ready to dispose only West facing plots and is quoting 6550/- per S yard as the last price.
Mahalakshmi layout is before the pond and is quoting 6000/- SQ yard. THis was the site I was planning to visit and see what plats are available (East/West/Nothr faceing) and the domensions of the plots along with the price.. COuld not go as Billu was busy. Just spoke to him and wil be meeting the folks tomorrow. Will update you.....
