As the original manager of the first substantial (Wimpey Alawi) contractor's team to build anything I can only detect on the map a small remains of the enormous camp we built. Our desert convoy found the place and built on virgin desert, while the PDO built their own camp nearby and as shown. Our job was to build the town and then the workshops while building earth moving and all road requirements of the PDO before tarmac surfaces began. I detect nothing else on the map known to me. I have photographs.
