  • Hi, Dont book flat and take rent at Sollana(solana), thergan, dange chowk,kalewadi. Especially G-wing 1st and 2nd floor. Owner is Ramchandra Barne(Tartia Barne). The staff is very rude and they are cheating to the public. the building had started on 2008 and not yet completed. corporation water suply is not available, MSEB meter is not connected and the Manager is forcing each tenant Rs:1000/month for electric bill. I request every body to not book the flat and dont stay there as rent. there are lot of problems and issues are happening in the society. Especially dont take any flat at G-wing 1st and 2nd floor. The flats are allocated to landlord and the builder has not yet registered the flats against the landlord(jamin wala). So corporation water, MSEB meter you will get. You will face problem if u want to take any facility like, booking bike/car, broadband, gas connections as the owner does not have any valid document. The builder is making him fool and not registering the flat againt the landlord.

  • at the time booking he told me u wil get flat within 18 months but when agreement done they have mention 30 month n agreement recived me after one month this schem is belongs to gawala member

  • builder gives fake commitment abt possesion. First they told us on August 2011 then Dec 2011, then Feb 2012 end now they are not giving any dates. just saying we will give as early as possible....

  • Builder has started some new project like Gold Ville So he may be not giving priority to this project....Don't book flat in Gold Ville as well.
