The picture was taken on top of the Administration Building sometime 1979. At the background is the Power plant of Paper Industries Corporation of the Philippines (PICOP) and in the mid-portion (orange colored pile) is the Wood Chips pile and storage area ready to be feed into the Refinery Groundwood Pulp Digester and then into succeeding sections, bleaching, drying, pressing, etc. until it comes out as a big sheet of newsprint paper and and rolled into a big roll. The paper roll is then transferred by forklift to the warehouse section waiting for the big ship (Lumberjack)
