West part of Porlab Island, near Middle Andaman, Andaman Archipelago, India.

According to the satellite images, Porlab Island consists of two dry landmasses separated by a narrow tidally flooded marsh.

The polygon attempts to trace the outline of the western permanently dry area, excluding beaches, magroves, open lagoons, and other partially or periodically flooded coastal areas. These features are tentatively identified by the canopy texture and/or the presence of sandy clearings, as seen in satellite images.
