Built in 1892, the mill is part of the Quequechan Valley Mills Historic Site. They have hosted a variety of businesses, including a Frito-Lay distributor, the Quality Outlets, the Mill Stores (in the large attached weave shed) and Cardi's Furniture (in the main mill). There is currently talk of closing the site to make it part of a residential district being built on the site of the Parker Mills.
