Neighborhood built in the late 1980's with pictureesque tree lined streets, many parks and trails, and a shopping center with a Stater Brothers and many other shops and services. Homes are usually large. There are many different tracts of developments, mostly single family homes but one townhome community and one gated community which is rare in Chino Hills. The former and first Civic Center was in Leband Village just above the shopping center but was only temporary even though it was in use for almost 20 years. The site is now being turned into a city recreation center.
