People - "eau de cologne." The name is derived from a similar building with bottles of men's cologne, popular in the mid 80-ies of the 20 th century among the inhabitants of the former GCC. Building tower. On the roof is a round dome satellite station "M-Wave," which was produced in the NGO "Musson" until 1992. After the withdrawal of Ukraine from the USSR, production of satellite in factory MOUSSON was terminated by order of the Government of Ukraine. Design Bureau gradually fall into decay. The last major development in size - a series of satellite "Iceberg" (1987-1992), who have not reached the customer.
