A Cuban restaurant that has been on this spot for 30+ years (at least). 'Especialidad En Sus Mariscos' (Specializing in Seafood)

The 'Whole Fried Red Snapper Fish' is scrumptious. The cafe con leche has warmed many a chilled surfer on winter mornings.

Sadly, the moros are only so-so. ('Moros' is black beans cooked together with white rice - short for 'Moros y Cristianos' ('Moors and Christians') - alluding to the colors. It's something every Cuban restaurant serves, and almost none put on the menu - I've never understood why. Add some limon y salsa picante, yum!) CC
