Cibo Espresso, commonly Cibo, is a café and coffee shop franchise based in Adelaide, South Australia. It was founded in 1996 by four Italian chefs, and now has 11 locations in Adelaide and four in Queensland, with an expectation of expanding into Melbourne. The café aims to deliver traditional Italian food made from local ingredients in an Italian atmosphere.[1] The chain has significant brand loyalty in Adelaide when compared to the local outlets of larger chains such as Starbucks, Hudsons Coffee and Gloria Jean's.
